Getting there now considerably more than half of the fun.

We’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions below.  But if you have further inquiries or find you just want some more information, please contact us.

Q:  What are my insurance responsibilities?
A:  Most individual insurance either already covers driving “non-owned” automobiles, or is easily added to ones own insurance policy.  EAC employs an Executive Concierge to assist members in procuring and maintaining adequate insurance.

Q:  How do I reserve a car?
A:  Cars are typically reserved 2 weeks in advance.  EAC is dedicated to maintaining a low ratio of drivers to cars to keep cars available at all times

Q:  How long can I keep the cars?
A:  Cars are checked out for 24-hour periods.  These periods can be combined to take the cars for weekends away, corporate events, membership events, or whatever members may want the cars for.

Q:  Is there a limit on mileage?
A:  Each 24 hour period is allowed 100 miles per period.

Q:  What is the difference between a corporate membership and an individual membership?
A:   Individual memberships allow for 1 driver to enjoy a total of 4 days per month, while corporate memberships allow for up to 4 drivers, 5 days per month.

Q:  What if I want more than one membership at a time?
A:  Members may purchase more than one membership. This also applies to corporate memberships.

Q:  How do I become an EAC member?
A:  Please visit the “Keys, Please” page, fill out the Application Form completely, submit it along with the required information, and EAC will immediately start the approval process.  This usually takes less than a week.  EAC staff will assist you in formalizing the appropriate insurance requirements to get you driving as soon as possible.

Q:  Who will have access to my application and membership information?
A:  Only authorized EAC staff will have access to member information, and even then only on an as-needed basis. All EAC member information will be held in the strictest confidence.

Q: What happens to my initial fee if I resign?
A:  Resigning from the Club prior to 36 months from the start date results in forfeiture of the initial fee.  After 36 months of membership in good standing, members will receive reimbursement of half of their initial fee.
